Ariella holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Jewish Studies and Human-Computer Interaction from Brandeis University. At itworks, she helps build relationships with foundations and federations, connecting shared values to meaningful impact. She loves being part of an organization that’s making Israel a place where everyone, no matter their background or where they grew up, can build a fulfilling career and future.
Outside of work, Ariella is active in several philanthropic foundations and advises on post–October 7 economic development initiatives. She also loves exploring Israel’s national parks with her husband and three kids.
