Originally from Ukraine, Alisa moved to Israel in 2019. She is studying sociology and human resources in university.
Alisa collaborates with HR departments in partnering businesses to match talent with job placements. She interviews candidates, provides career counseling, and supports participants throughout the program experience and beyond. She speaks many languages- English, Hebrew, Ukrainian, and Russian- which is essential for us at itworks.
She loves helping others grow, both personally and professionally. For Alisa, nothing is more rewarding than hearing about our graduates who are chasing their dreams, breaking glass ceilings, and finding their place in the job market. She said it’s not always easy, but knowing you’re part of something that creates real opportunities- that’s what truly matters. When she’s not working, she can be found at the gym.
